Your search will involve a refined 25 step recruiting process whereby your various industry specialist team members are lead by your Account Executive to rapidly identify qualified, interested impact candidates for your specific needs.
Your project will start with a Need Analysis. Our Search Program will develop various qualified candidates who are presented to you and monitored through the search evaluation to determine level of interest in your assignments. We participate with both parties in all facets of the process including testing, references, offer, resignation, counteroffer and onboarding to deliver a long lasting successful match.

Our account search staff is directly responsible for our professional placement process. They are expertly trained in all aspects of technology, candidate sourcing and recruitment practices and the latest techniques in interviewing and screening candidates.
